Auditing Organisational Change Projects – Online Classroom
June 5 @ 9:30 am - June 6 @ 1:00 pm AEST
$590.91 - $785.00
Numerous organisational transformations occur on a large scale. In the current paradigm, agility—the ability to adapt quickly—is crucial for maximising shareholder value and sustainability. Organisations aim for agility by implementing complicated initiatives that benefit multiple stakeholders without sacrificing the environment or violating compliance rules. The desire for accountability and openness has increased the stakes for the change project success.
Internal Audit faces a problem in determining their engagement, its scope, and how to offer value during the transformation process. These projects can benefit from internal audit’s end-to-end lifecycle and risk-driven assurance approach to programme delivery. This involves supporting and working with other assurance providers.
This training course will provide participants with an approach to how to assess Transformation risks and the role of the Assurance professional in all stages of a Transformation Program
