- Rum is a human communications skills specialist, he is an accomplished keynote speaker, gaining his Certified Speaking Professional certification in 2009. As Principal Consultant for AISS Training, Rum has over twenty-year experience delivering soft skills training courses to all levels of government, multinational companies and well-known Australian brands. Rum has a deep understanding of soft skills and is currently undertaking studies in the area of counseling, with a focus on succession planning. In a former life, Rum has been a commodities trader, public relations manager for Nintendo Australia and worked with some of the world’s biggest music acts.

- Simon Rennie MBA, CPA, GAICD, B.Bus, B.Arts is an experienced finance and corporate leader with 30 Years of experience in the private, not-for-profit and Government sectors bringing a diverse range of skills to his roles.
Simon has been a client of internal auditors for the past twenty years in Australia and New Zealand with a focus on the Government sector in Victoria and most recently NSW.
Simon has a real understanding of the role internal auditors play, and the skills needed by internal auditors to create positive, productive relationships with clients. Simon will share the secrets about what clients really want from their internal auditors, and what clients find most frustrating.
