Presenter: Rebecca Lee Head of Audit BNZ

Rebecca is an action-oriented leader, passionate about solving problems and delivering tangible improvements to organisations and their customers. Currently Head of Audit at Bank of New Zealand, Rebecca is leading the function towards a fully agile, data centric methodology.

Prior to this, Rebecca led the Commercial Services and Risk Division for Farmers Trading Co, a prominent NZ retailer. As a member of the Leadership Team, Rebecca oversaw development and launch of the multi-million e-commerce website and other key initiatives including a loyalty relaunch and establishing customer insights and the PMO.

In her early career, Rebecca worked in the “Big 4” providing consulting, risk and assurance services both in the UK and NZ.
