Psychology and Soft Skills in Internal Audit

Session Overview

Often the difference between a good and a great outcome from an internal audit can be in the manner in which it is performed, and the methods by which the auditor works with the auditee to see the audit as something that will genuinely help rather than hinder them. This session will explore techniques to use elements of psychology together with soft skills to assist in the execution of an internal audit plan.
