National Members' Meeting - September - The great resignation’s impact in Australia

Coined by Anthony Klotz, an associate professor at Texas A&M University, the term “great resignation” evolved in late 2020 in response to millions of workers in the US suffering burnout, re-evaluating work-life balance in light of the pandemic and quitting their jobs.

So what has been the Australian experience and what are the impacts on people and business continuity. As Auditors what value can we provide in these challenging times.

Hosted by the VIC Chapter, this session will explore the extent to which the “great resignation” is being felt in Australia.
