Each core competency is defined at three progressive levels to support structured development:
Core 1: Applies Concepts
You understand the competency and can apply it in familiar situations with guidance. This is the foundation for developing your professional judgement and confidence.>
Core 2: Applies Independently in Practice
You consistently apply this competency in your work, adapting it across a range of scenarios. You demonstrate autonomy, reliability, and sound interpretation in complex settings.
Core 3: Integrates and Leads
You integrate this competency across functions and teams. You coach others, innovate new practices, or embed the competency in organisational systems or strategic processes.
